The first 6 weeks will be spent doing gymnastics, where students of all skill levels can develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through a combination of fun drills and skills practice. Participants will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, including balance and tumbling.

In mid February, once the gymnastics equipment is taken down, the class will transition to Open Court Choose Your Sport for the final 5 sessions, students will explore various games, mastering the fundamentals and strategies while having tons of fun. We'll emphasize teamwork, cooperation, sportsmanship, and fair play. Activities include kickball, matball, sharks and minnows, soccer, dodgeball and more.
