About the Curriculum Writer:  Ellina Conlon holds a degree in Elementary and Special Education and began her teaching career in an afterschool program, where she developed and taught engaging lessons for first and second graders. Since then, her experience has included teaching first grade, second grade, and special education for students in kindergarten through third grade.

She loves working with elementary-aged children, finding their curiosity and enthusiasm truly inspiring. Ellina is passionate about creating active, hands-on learning experiences that make education both meaningful and fun.
