Young gardeners will discover how to prepare their outdoor plants for the colder months and care for them inside. Kids will become true plant caretakers as they learn which plants can come indoors and plan locations for them to thrive! We’ll explore fun, simple ways to: grow plants in many different ways, find the perfect sunny window, keep plants healthy and growing all winter, and protect our ecosystem. Kids will also create a “Winter Garden Journal” to track their plant care, observations, and growth. This class helps young nature lovers stay connected to gardening year-round.
