In Drum & Move!, students will grab special drumsticks called Ripstix and follow fun, high-energy routines that feel more like a dance party than a workout. With music pumping and sticks tapping, kids will build strength, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork—all while getting a great cardio workout.

Taught by Ms. Quartararo and Ms. Quinlan, this class is all about staying active, building confidence, and having a blast. No experience needed—just bring your energy!
